Aimmune Therapeutics Announces Closing of Initial Public Offering and Full Exercise of Underwriters’ Option to Purchase Additional Shares

BRISBANE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 11, 2015-- Aimmune Therapeutics, Inc., today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 11,499,999 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $16.00 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions, which includes the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase up to an additional 1,499,999 shares of common stock. Aimmune’s common stock began trading on The NASDAQ Global Select Market on August 6, 2015, under the symbol AIMT.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse and Piper Jaffray acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
